One-hour Reiki Healing Sessions heal you at the levels of mind, body and spirit. Reiki is a powerful therapy which works on its own, but you may wish to try it in partnership with other techniques. Try my 'energy for life' programme which combines Life Coaching with Reiki Healing or try out a session of Reiki Healing combined with one of my Massage treatments or perhaps Hopi ear candles.
Reiki Courses are available every month. If you wish to become a Reiki Practitioner take a two-day course in a class of up to four students, enjoy one-to-one training at a time to suit you or ask about evening classes in Reiki. Indian Head Massage. Although it is new to the west, this de-stressing massage evolved from methods practised in India for over a thousand years. You receive Indian Head Massage sitting in a comfortable chair and you don't remove any of your clothes although it is good to wear a camisole or vest with thin straps. I offer this subtle, deep form of massage to clients either as a stand-alone treatment or combined with Reiki healing.
Indian Facial Massage This has been called a 'natural face lift'. It combines Reiki with facial massage to smooth out your wrinkles, relax the muscles of the face and neck and release stress and strain to leave you looking and feeling rejuvenated. It is carried out on the couch, but fully clothed. Make-up will need to be cleansed off before the treatment begins.
Thai Foot Massage. This is a massage of the feet, legs and hands which is part of a 2,000 year old tradition in Thailand. It aids healing on the physical, mental and spiritual levels. Circulation is improved, releasing toxins and leaving the client centred and grounded. No clothing is removed during the treatment. You can receive this massage as a stand-alone treatment or with Reiki healing.
Holistic Massage Ease away your pains and stresses with Seated Massage or Swedish Body Massage. Seated Massage works on the upper body, combining elements of both Western and Oriental massage techniques to relax, de-stress and re-energise you. No clothing is removed during the massage, which can be taken as a stand-alone treatment or with Reiki healing. Swedish Body Massage does involve the removal of most of the client's clothing and is carried out using moisturising oils. It has a deeply relaxing effect and can help with stress, and with easing the aches and pains caused by everyday work and stress caused by life's challenges. It is a true relaxation massage with genuine therapeutic value.
Aromatherapy My aromatherapy treatments include a full fact-find to identify the right essential oils to meet your physical, mental and spiritual needs. I will produce a blend especially for you which will be used in a body massage routine designed to relax and de-stress you.
You will receive a dropper bottle of your own, specially blended oil to take home with you and use in a variety of ways - in your bath, in an oil diffuser, etc. Be beautifully healed and enjoy the perfume of your own special blend.
Hopi Ear Candle Treatments using Biosun Hopi Ear Candles include a relaxing and enjoyable massage of the face and neck. The treatment is good for a variety of ear, nose and sinus problems and is excellent to have before you fly long distances.
I am a Reiki teacher and I offer Reiki with any of my massages making a lovely treatment which heals at every level.
